I moved to the United States when I was fifteen years old from Cuba. My father is a surgeon, so I was exposed to medicine very early in life. I always admired the strong relationships he managed to build with every single one of his patients. A good day at work is when we are able to catch or diagnose a condition or disease early on. That’s one of the things I like the most about Sanitas, where we are all focused on preventive medicine so we can have healthier homes, workplaces, schools and communities.
